REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase with Lash Bae Melbourne, we hope you are happy with your received items!

At Lash Bae Melbourne, all products (tweezers, lash trays, disposables) undergo multiple rounds of quality testing & checks to ensure we are providing the utmost & best quality products on the market.  

We are happy to provide full refunds for change of mind purchases. If you are wanting a full refund on a returned item, please ensure the following:

• Item/s purchased on sale or during a promotional period will be ineligible for return/exchange/refund.
• Customer must process return within 7 days of receiving item.
• Items must be in original packaging, new and unused. This will be closely assessed upon returning item.

We strive for customer satisfaction, and will be more than happy to come to a mediated resolution, however there will be no gurantee of a refund for products that have been used.

All items purchased on sale, or during a promotional period are final and ineligible for return.
